By booking one or more individual cabins or a charter with Dahabiyas.com, you expressly agree to and accept the following Terms & Conditions of booking:

You agree to respect the rules and regulations set forth by the dahabiya owner and/or operator as well as the Egyptian Tourist Police and river authorities.

You agree to inform the boat manager prior to any unscheduled or solo disembarkation of the boat, and to provide a working local mobile phone number at which you may be contacted for the duration of your absence from the boat. If you do not have a working local mobile phone number, you agree that you will not disembark the boat without a crew or staff member accompanying you for safety and communication purposes.

Dahabiyas.com makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the condition or quality of any dahabiya nor the amenities, food, or level of service on board. All photos, videos, and descriptions of each dahabiya are provided strictly on a courtesy basis to allow potential guests to evaluate the look and style of the dahabiya compared to others.

All deposits and payments for charter and/or individual cabin bookings are nonrefundable. Any refund requested, whether full or partial, for any reason is at the sole discretion of the dahabiya operator or owning company and should be taken up directly with the dahabiya operator or owning company. Dahabiyas.com does not own or operate any dahabiya and is strictly a booking service for dahabiya charters and individual cabin bookings on pre-scheduled sails.

You expressly agree that you will not initiate a chargeback against Dahabiays.com or its owning company, Egypt Elite, under any circumstances, and that should you violate this non-chargeback agreement you agree to an immediate reversal in addition to a penalty equivalent to ten times the chargeback amount.

Cancellations and/or rescheduled sails are at the sole discretion of the dahabiya operator or owning company and are in no way linked to or dependent upon travel advisories or notices published by any country’s department of state or ministry/office of foreign affairs. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase independent travel insurance to protect against transit delays, trip interruption, and/or sail cancellations, whether self-initiated or initiated by the dahabiya operator or owning company due to unforeseen circumstances.

You expressly agree to release Dahabiyas.com and its owning company, Egypt Elite, as well as the dahabiya owner(s), operator, and their affiliates from any and all liabilities arising from your travel to, within, and from Egypt, including during your cruise on the dahabiya.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the parties’ original intent.
